[By making a booking with us it will be deemed that all of these have been read, understood and that you make a commitment to adhere to all of these.]

Pay the 60% deposit to secure your dat

Our bouncy balloon typhoons can be set up both indoors and outdoors, however there are some considerations:

1. If indoors: As per our hire agreement, it is your responsibility to ensure that there is enough space to accommodate the equipment. This means the space for the inflatable should be completely clear and be free of any low hanging lights, beams and of course, fire exits. A minimum space of 20 x 16 x 15ft (L x W x H) is required to set up the inflatable safely. We cannot set up the inflatable if the venue space does not meet these requirements. Customer deposits will not be returned if our team arrive to set up on the day of hire but are unable to continue because of these requirements have not been met
2. If outdoors, Inflatables should be set up on a flat area of natural grass where safety pegs can be driven into the ground.

Gravel & Tarmac, Current Health & Safety Legislation does not recommend the use of inflatable equipment on tarmac or gravel surfaces, even with the use of sandbags. If operating on artificial grass, we would need to drill a hole into the ground to secure the anchors in place and due to health and safety this is not something we are prepared to do! We understand that other Inflatable companies may use sandbags on different surfaces, but this is not in line with British Health and Safety regulations.

A clear space of 20 x 16 x 15ft is required to set up our bouncy balloon typhoons.

1. For gardens: Please remember to take into consideration overhanging trees, rose bushes, garden furniture, pathways, washing lines and access requirements.
2. For indoors: Please remember to check the position of fire exits, hanging lights and ceiling heights. If you are unsure, then please contact us to arrange a site survey.

A 13 Amp power supply must be provided for our air blower within 20 metres of the setup area

We have a widespread reach across London, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. We offer free delivery to a 10 mile radius around Watford. Customers may be subject to charges dependent on the distance of travel. This charge will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.

A 60% booking deposit is required upon booking. Please note that your booking date is not secured until this deposit payment is received. The deposit is non – refundable unless a minimum 72 hours of notice of cancellation is received in writing at: bouncyballoontyphoon@gmail.com.  Cancellations made in less than 72 hours prior to the date of hire will not be refundable.

Bouncy Balloon Typhoon holds a policy of Public Liability Insurance for £5 Million Pounds worth of cover. This cover value has been set because of advice from our Insurers and is the minimum cover accepted by Local councils across England. Our public liability insurance does not cover accidents which may occur due to Human error, misuse of the inflatable or any of our equipment, or lack of adult supervision. This means you will only be covered on our or insurance policy if we are supervising the equipment during use or if we are found to be negligent in our duty as a hirer in a court of law. It is down to the customer / Adult Supervisor to make sure that the inflatable is always supervised and that the terms and conditions of hire you agree too are properly always adhered to.
