BOOKING TERMS
By making a booking with us it will be deemed that you have read, understood and accepted all of our health and safety documentation, including terms and conditions and risk assessments.
Adult supervision is required at all times. It will be the adult supervisor’s responsibility to ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed as laid out in our health and safety section.
POWER REQUIREMENTS
A 13 Amp power supply must be provided for our air blower within 20 metres of the setup area.
FLOOR SPACE REQUIRED
A minimum floor space of 20ft x 16 ft [ L x W] is required to set up the inflatable.
This space must be completely clear of any furniture, plants, and any other objects including plants, bushes and tree lines. This is a health and safety requirement. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the space requirements are met. Deposits will not be refunded if our team arrive to set up at the booking venue but are unable to because these conditions have not been met.
DELIVERY TERMS
Free Delivery applies to a 10 mile radius around Watford.
If our team have to travel outside of this distance, customers may be subject to charges dependent on the distance of travel. This charge will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.
